1966 MK1 Lotus Cortina

J C Historic Vehicle Sales is delighted to be offering this immaculately prepared 1960s MK1 Lotus Cortina. This vehicle was originally registered by Ford possibly as a press car or management vehicle adding to the nostalgia of the vehicle. This car was formally restored in the 90s by Bryan Moorcroft a well respected Lotus Cortina Specialist, all components during the restoration were overhauled but kept to original factory standards. The engine is a Sprint Spec Smirthwaite unit.

The Lotus was then in storage under blankets until it was sold during 2005. Since being acquired by the current owner it has been carefully checked throughout and has had the required work completed in order to put it back into use.
